Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MAKEUP BY MARIO products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on new or gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible and drop off the package at any authorized UPS location or drop box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
